pattricia
I once went into a funeral parlour, laid on the counter, and shouted “ SHOP”. The owner took one look and said “ Sorry we don’t take worn out used goods ! “ 2
lovelace
We can't keep on burying people, there just isn't enough space in this country, that's why I think cremations will become compulsory before much longer. A lot of graves get neglected anyway. If you keep your loved one's ashes you'll always have them close to you no matter what happens, or you can place them somewhere meaningful.

lovelace
Personally I'd rather have to imagine being burnt quickly than being put in a box underground, eeek ! And I don't believe in an afterlife anyway so I won't be needing my bits.
