Ronaldo is a loathsome human being, isnt he? Tried to claim a goal that didnt even touch him.

Thankfully he was off the pitch when the penalty was awarded, he must have been absolutely seething he wasnt able to pad out his international stats with yet another penalty.

It appears that the computer thingy didn’t even mutter when he says that he headed it. Had he said that it wasn’t his goal his credibility would have gone through the roof, as it is he's a cheat.

Yes I just saw that on the ITV coverage then too.

He has absolutely no redeeming features as a human being.

He happens to be the most charitable athlete and is no.1 from a list by pledge sports.

Think what you want him and he's not everyone's cup of tea, but the guy is hugely generous.

Some donations include €130k to a cancer unit in Portugal because they treated his mother.

Proceeds from his golden boot $1.5m raised going to build schools and homes in Gaza

$650k champions league bonus to Unicef

As a player though he is an absolute prick.

The green, green grass of home for Wales then.

3 - 0 win for England but the game was still a tad boring.  Lucky to get the free kick for the first goal as I reckon Foden wasn't fouled?

Senegal on Sunday evening might be a better game?   They'll certainly be up for it.

A lot of the rich footballers do a lot for charity that we don't read about,  well done Ronaldo for that.
