Time flies maybe 2012 ish when the Civil Servants moved out and into new premises at St Pauls, it was empty until the council moved in so they were discussions then whether to make it into flats or demolish as the refurb turned outto be more expensive than demolishing and starting from scratch Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
