Pyrotequila
I'm guessing it's fairly small and light if it's a USB dongle? I'd say wrap it in some bubble wrap, bag it and take it to the Post Office, should be fairly cheap to send.
Rockers rule
Post office every time (they do collect now-a-days) We've found too much hassle with couriers when things go (missing) wrong. Keep safe Edited November 6, 2022 by Rockers rule -

Waldo
If it's less than 5mm thick, letter (cheapest option). I think less than 26mm? It can be a large letter (still cheaper than a parcel). Otherwise a parcel.
chipfork
I've posted a number of USB network adapters and as is the consensus, Royal Mail is your best option. I have some small thin jiffy envelopes which work perfectly, if not a normal envelope and some bubble wrap will do the trick. These are generally over the 5 mm limit but the cost of a large letter is cheaper than a courier. Getting to a post office and gaining a proof of postage is a challenge for me so I tend to put these into a letterbox and no issues so far.
