Always squeaky bum time only being 1 goal up but managed to see it out and gained 2 points on the teams above so a good day.

It was a poor performance , should have been out of sight , but will take win

Games against Accrington are battles, long balls into your box and over your MF, very physical, they get right up against you and in your face, theyve got lots of big strong lads, who may lack skill but dont lack heart and effort and thats how it panned out, they had a couple of really decent chances they should have tucked away as did Wednesday who went a bit more direct themselves that last 20 minutes, we were the better team on the day, but it was a very tough encounter and could have gone the other way but for some smart keeping and good defending.

Personally i love games like this, its not for the purists, but its what typifies lower league english football, grit and determination and we werent lacking in either.

This followed the pattern of many a game this season, Owls the better side but stubborn opposition, Mighten seems to be improving and it was a good team goal, another away win, another clean sheet and the only team in the top 6 to win today, its looking quite promising, the fixtures slow down a little with the World Cup so it's a great chance to pick some points up.

it also gives our older players time to recover,but its a win lets move on to the next game at home
