Well done, a list of public sector waste. Now do the labour years, mix in devaluation and the nhs negligence costs

Does this make Boris Johnson a "public sector type" then? Because it's him and his ministers who wasted this money, not public sector workers. Obviously I don't expect you to acknowledge that if your chosen team hadn't wasted this money of ours, there would be enough to give the nurses a decent pay rise and avoid an exodus from the services we all depend on, that would be unrealistic.

She/they have a somewhat unconventional definition of socialism, that encompasses everything that the Tories do that she/they don’t like.

perhaps you should try reading what I put slowly, instead of making things up in your head - seems to be a common trait of lefties, they can't even see the difference between the waste of public and private money, it explains a lot

So you're denying that the Johnson government unnecessarily wasted billions of our money.

It's not clear because you're having to be so cryptic to avoid acknowledging that it's the Tories wasting public money, when you want to argue that paying nurses more is a waste of money.

again, you are letting your mind run away with itself to justify some political point. Not only you, all the lefties clicking the hearts, it's all a bit odd.

It's not in the slightest bit cryptic, and I haven't argued any such thing

the public sector is financed by tax

the private sector is financed by commerce

is that too difficult to understand

I think his point was that all governments can be criticised for wasting public money.
