Ah, so you are not on Windows. A macbook isn't a browser, and to be honest I don't know the default one for those - is it Safari?

I use Google

Thought so, @*Wallace*, but I don't think your link will work - it isn't a hyperlink.

No, Google have a browser called Chrome.

Yep, realised that after I posted, but (a) was busy elsewhere and forgot to amend it and (b) some people do have a habit of referring to the Google search engine as a browser, which it certainly isn't. 😄

Maybe he can confirm. Cuttsie, do you click a logo that looks like this to open the Internet?

A quick way of checking a spelling is to open a second page by clicking on + at the top of the screen and putting the word into the address bar and clicking enter. The page will come back with multiple web sites with the word spelt correctly in the titles.

Try it and see.

@cuttsieI don't/won't use Google products - other than their search engine, but surely Chrome has either (a) a built-in spell-checker or (b)an option to install one? Sorry, other Chrome users will have to help on that.

Yep it has.

For others....;)

Left click the 3 dots on the top right.

Click settings.

Click Languages.

And then chose either basic or enhanced spell check.

Jobs a good un!
