Agencies have pension obligations under the auto-enrolment legislation. So, that is a matter for the agency.

It looks like the striking nurses enjoyed their day judging by the coverage on the news channels.  It's not just the nurses who enjoy a day off work singing and dancing.  The postal and railway workers are just as guilty of skiving work and having a jolly good time.
