It's nothing like the US over here.

If it was then I'd have a very different opinion. Some of the stuff they do is nothing short of domestic terrorism

They still only do it outside abortion clinics to harass and intimidate, its nothing to do with peaceful protest

You are seeing it the wrong way.

Those protesters who place themselves outside abortion clinics are abusers. It’s that simple. They are abusing women who in many cases will be there because they are victims of  abuse. So the protesters compound the abuse.

People have an absolute right to access health care facilities without facing abuse. We shouldn’t be facilitating that sort of behaviour.

My bold.

Oh come off it. Abusers? No, that's just more emotional language used to stiffle debate.

They may be misguided,  they may be wrong, they may even have a valid point.

Abusers though? Standing silently to make a point is not abuse.

In your opinion. An opinion you are perfectly entitled to have.

And?  Did you post about 'church going pacifists?'

OK, so you aren't going to give a straight answer.

That's up to you.

There shouldn't be any sort of pressure at all then really,  so what's is the proper way to make their objections known in your opinion taking into account women's vulnerability?

Parliament Square?  Placards in Trafalgar Square?  March down Fargate?

If you saw some of the anti-abortion materials that religious groups distribute to schools, you might think again.

I don't do religion but I'd be happy to look if you have any links.👍

What's that got to do with here in the UK?

Where do you think it all started -

Snipped.

That's irrelevant.  Look, America is crazy. The UK isn't like America when it comes to anti abortion protests.....Thankfully.

same place as the expression "convid".

I disagree. I and others were using the term weeks and weeks before covid had even hit the UK news.

What the USA right does today soon crosses the pond.

I'll concede this point but my opinion is the same.

Peaceful protest should be allowed, encouraged even.

Non Peaceful protests should be dealt with immediately.

It'll soon get that way if nothing is done - the right are increasingly using the language  and tactics of US extremists.
