maybe its down to the manager saying dont lose, make sure you get a point and hope for more ,but with top strikers who are proven to score you sometimes have to be brave,we had this last season ,or is it the opposition are playing for a point and hoping they can get a odd goal?

Oxford didn't come for a point and neither did Exeter, you nicked those points.

Barnsley are on fire at the moment the best defence in the league as well.

Chuffed for Dawson  as he must have been gutted when we signed  Stockdale ,

More of the  under 23's  need to be making the step up now as half of the first team squad are  past it .

I would rather us lose a match but play well than keep on  slogging it out with teams who sometimes  happy with a draw .

We need promotion this year but not at the lack of entertainment after all thats what its supposed to be at the end of the day.

Survived 3 early scares in the 1st 15 minutes with MOM Dawson having to make saves to keep it level, struggled to find space and pass, we looked more like the visiting team on our home ground.

When we did get the ball forward quicker, again weve over elaborated rather than just working their keeper, two strikers in the penalty area dummying the ball for it to fall to the winger? Just stop messing about and stick it in the net.

2nd half Oxfords subs missed an open net and Dawson had to save a pen after a clumsy tug infront of the ref.

Weve barely been entertaining at home all season, people can point to the 3rd place and  points per game stats, but Barnsley and Derby are winning games while we are visibly struggling and looked truly awful today.
