Traditional fare (although bird type as yet undecided) ‘augmented’ by Continental flavours, e.g. homemade stuffing made with foie gras, sauce from reducing cooking juices with morels (and/)or a local Lux wine, finished off with the homemade Xmas Pud (made last October, like every year).
