Officially, nowhere outside of the Sheaf St / Waingate / Arundal Gate triangle is over 40. 

Officially, the average for the CAZ results is 32.71, well below the target of 40

Officially, nowhere on the ring road bar 2 places which SCC admit is due to trains is over 40

 

So if you are given a ticket, appeal asking them to prove you were driving in air over the limit.

Ahhh thanks for thinking of me ,I'm touched.

 

Not the result that I'd hoped for but then the turnout was only 31% so pretty poor.

 

But then there's always a silver lining at least that excuse for a leader aka Mr Terry Fox has decided to resign.
