ads36 Posted June 5, 2023 Share Posted June 5, 2023 (edited) and those perfectly roadworthy cars still have plenty of residual value. they can easily be sold, and replaced with something ulez compliant - like our 7yo petrol hatchback. . and, sort of importantly, Sheffield *isn't* one of those places where these cars will incur a fine/fee.
