The containers on fargate fiasco and the demolition of Don Valley Stadium are just two prime examples of complete and utter waste of public funds ,and you wonder why people get upset and angry with SCC ,

And then vote them back in again.

Some might regard doing away with an under-used building that  needs huge amounts spending on it as a good business decision.

No organisation gets everything 100% right, 100% of the time.

Interesting point but I doubt anyone on here will agree with you

It was an eyesore and falling to bits, truth be told. Nobody can doubt that, it would have required a huge amount of money spent on it. The argument is probably should it have existed in the first place.

People have rose tinted specs about the place all because of a couple of music concerts.

And chop down beautiful full grown trees which actually help with air quality...

May have already been asked on here but will there be signs up telling you , you are entering this zone ?

Sign put up last week at the bottom of London Rd, (just outside the Chinese Fireworks building), just before you'd join the CAZ on the ring road at Saint Mary's Gate.

I'd have put it further up London Rd to give motorists the opportunity to turn left on to Boston St & possibly avoid the CAZ.  By the time you reach the CAZ sign, you're already committed to entering the CAZ.

Typical 'good planning' by SCC.

Perhaps it might be an idea to reserve judgement on the adequacy of the signing plan until all the permanent signs are all in place. ( temporary advance warning signs have been up for a while now)

They have to start installing them somewhere, so naturally some will appear before others. The CAZ doesn’t start operation till 27 Feb.
