The reason for a purchase is more likely to be financial self interest and that isn't going to be in the long term interest of the club. That said, he's a businessman, its a business, and people are in business primarily to make a profit. Good luck to him if it goes through. He's not been a bad un. Over the last 40 or so years we’ve had some proper wrong uns in charge at Bramall Lane ( McDonald, the one who couldn’t decide if he was Sam or Samantha and the one who buggered off to Australia the gate receipts!) Reg Brearley and Stephen Hinchcliffe weren't exactly choirboys either but Sam Hashimi was never involved other than making an unsuccessful take over bid.
