Loss of his freedom is punishment,  can't go to the pub,  can't meet women,  can't have sex - he wouldn't be given a fresh start (another identity)

All these murders including the 2 in Liverpool(no they can't do wrong) but I never hear the question WHY?,what's the reason they take someone's life?

I had a mate who attended Liverpool Uni in the 60’s, I was amazed at the number of pubs that he steered me clear of, a belated thanks mate.

Just reading a newspaper report about the killer, Damien Bendall & the Coroner's report on the murders. 

 

51 'very stark' failures by probation staff including no safe guarding checks carried out before or while Bendall was allowed to live at the same address as Terri Harris & her children. Inexperienced staff assigned to the case of Bendall, a previously known & violent re-offender with multiple missed chances for probation staff to intervene. 

 

No doubt at some point the response will be, "We assure the public, lessons will be learned."
