It would be interesting to know how little of the city centre the council do own now.

We will be still paying for the new Moor Market for the next fifty years ,    The old Castle one belonged to us lock stock and barrel . Its now a pile of rubble waiting for a Castle to rise from the ashes along with Ivanhoe .
