Interesting question. Some people clearly are lazy and stay in bed for ages, but some of us, like myself, like to be up with the lark.

6 hours usually suffices for me, how about the rest of you?

My routine is odd, but works for me.

in bed usually by 8, then up at 2 looking for coffee! Do a little work on business email and here til 4 then back to bed for another hour or so then breakfast

Do my socializing at around noon til 4 then dinner!

listen to your body, don’t follow the government “guidelines” and their “one size fits all” advice!

They really don’t care about you, personally.

How could they?!   :)

I am an insomniac. It's my main issue in life and it creates a massive problem for me, especially with work and my personal life.

I've tried everything, but I've just now accepted that it's something I have to deal with

I have on average about 4-5 hours sleep per night.

Once my head hits my pillow, I start worrying about work, money, health and dying.

I hate it.

I feel your pain on that.

I've been sleeping better recently but I still do worry an awful lot about some things.

It's horrendous mate.

I actually believe that lack of sleep will finish me off.

I look forward to going to bed, like now, I can't wait to lock up and take my cat and hot water bottle to bed, but once I am tucked up, I get restless and anxious.

Most nights I get off but usually wake up around 2-3am, then that's me done, can't get back to sleep.

Feel like crap all day.....and repeat.

Absolutely hate it.
