There were only a few pedestrians looking at the motorcade on Elm.

See the Zapruder film. Considered to be the most complete visual record.

How did Oswald know exactly where to position himself when the detour down Elm was decided only 15 minutes before?

Exactly

JFK, Oswald then Bobby.

Like Jeffery Epstein, at the time of their deaths, were probably the most "protected" individuals in America.

Sitting ducks for an inside job!  :)

Then Jack Ruby stepped in

Actually there were 3 assassinations, not one!

Different motivations were attributed to each. as though they weren't connected in any way!

Nowadays, suicides, and botched robberies are easier to explain away mysterious deaths.

The Russian way!  :)

Question:

How can you usually tell if the inside fix is in?

Anybody?

The Kennedy clan were/probably still are, as bent as a four bucks note. They mixed with the likes of Sinatra and his Mafia buddies, has the Kray Twins been American they’d probably have been guests at one of their shin digs. The world fell for the young clean, smart looking Kennedy clan, a young President with a pretty wife and young kids gunned down in his prime,  folk couldn’t help but grieve.

I’d had my doubts until Bobby was gunned down, he was well on his way to the White House and was very likely to bring his brother’s death into question had he been elected. As for MM, she became collateral damage, the CIA don’t do second chances,

By todays standards the Kennedys were saints. Joe Kennedy had a somewhat dubious past, he was the youngest bank president in America at the age of 25 and went on to make a fortune out of running booze across the Canadian American border during prohibition.

Personally I'm inclined to regard the bank job as more egregious than supplying drink to thirsty people.

Joe wasn't a fan of this country and he had justifiable reason not to be. However, JFK and his siblings had no problem. JFK was a personal friend of Harold MacMillian and his sister Kathleen ' Kick ' Kennedy married the heir to the Duke of Devonshire and she is buried in Chatsworth.

The Kennedys rattled too many cages, made too many enemies and paid the price.

Old Joe was against U.S. Intervention WW2

Looking back, maybe he was on to something!

All that effort, blood and treasure, and 80 years later Germany is the most powerful nation in Europe and we have yet another war!  :)

Yes I agree, however Joe was of an age and background to hate the U.K for it’s treatment of Ireland, it is also worth mentioning that Germany declared war on the USA following Pearl Harbour.

In fairness to him he was looking after American interests, which was his job. I once saw an interview with a former GI who had served in Europe during WW2 and he made the point that a lot of Americans were descended from Europeans who had moved to America in order to make a new life and get away from the constant wars that were a regular feature of European life.

So being asked to return and spill their blood over problems caused in Europe didn't exactly fill them with enthusiasm. Which is fair enough when you think about it.

You don't see Americans, Canadians and Aussies volunteering and  lining up to save humanity and freedom, in this stupid war.

Come to think of it not even Brits will join the fight for Ukraine, even though we have plenty of armchair warmongers cheering them on from the cheap seats.
