Did you realise you didn't actually answer the question ?

Do you want to actually do that at all ?

Someone else has answered it for you. As I said, I simply couldnt care less as to the reasons for it, it does amuse me to see people get worked up over it though.

And folk wonder why so many people, especially kids growing up are suffering with their mental health and depression.

Poor buggers used to have to only worry and stress about whether to take French or German at school....now, due to all this absolute nonsense about gender identity, they don't know whether they are coming or going.

It's borderline child abuse IMO.

Really??? Are you having a laugh?

SNIPPED

2 - Two young blokes with baby (i.e. friends or possibly brothers delighting in a new son / daughter / nephew / niece)

3 - Two young women with baby (i.e. friends or possibly sisters delighting in a new son / daughter / nephew / niece) )

Fixed it for you

All this jumping to conclusions can get you in a proper pickle

What worries me is the influence that Google have, and if they are this bad where will it all end ?

I thought the Beeb were bad* but this is a whole different level.

* During the pandemic when they stopped people getting married the Beeb ran a piece on couples' whose weddings had had to be postponed, it was lesbian couple. Now, less that 3% of marriages (in 2017) were for gay people, i.e. about 34X more weddings are "straight" than "gay". So why, unless there is an agenda, choose a gay couple for the piece ? But the answer, of course, is there is an agenda "we will educate you how to think".

Compared to the Beeb, statistically, Google's latest offering is off the scale particularly because Gay couples might be quite likely to adopt but a much smaller proportion have their own kids. Since both the gay couples in Google's E mail had babies you start getting to quite high numbers of statistical improbability assuming the three pictures were randomly chosen. Which, of course, they were not, and that is the whole point.

So what??? What does it matter?

As a gay man I grew up without a single positive role model to look up to.

I assume you are a straight male. You had and have a whole variety of role models to choose one, and affirmations that you're normal and "one of us". Your needs are catered for.

Now you're whining that a gays and lesbians are getting a bit of recognition, do you realise how bloody selfish you sound?

Like I said, he is scared that they will all call round to the aerial shop and bum him. Over the counter.

We have just had an E Mail from Google about a new "Family site" :

We've created a one-stop resource with helpful info about parental controls, online safety, digital wellbeing, family fun, and more to help you confidently navigate the ins and outs of tech.

The problem is not with that (apart from possibly the term "digital wellbeing"...), but with the three pictures they use in the E mail to advertise it.

1 - A mixed race family (as one of three pics I'd have no problem with that)

2 - Two young blokes with baby (i.e. a male gay couple family)

3 - Two young women with baby (i.e. a female gay couple family)

Is there really anyone on here who doesn't think that is nauseatingly woke (as well as being statistically about as likely as winning the lottery) ?

As regards the actual home page of the site there seven pictures,  only one of which is a conventional family (i.e. man + woman + kid(s), and that is mixed race family (not that I would have a problem with that if there were also pictures of white families).

Given the influence of Google (and the Beeb come to that) how worrying is this ?

Where will it all end ?

Good God man , its a lovely crisp day out . Go for a brisk walk, breathe the fresh air , it could help your well being.

I don't even think it's that.

It's just whining when he's in a privileged position of living in a society where being straight is the norm and if you're gay or lesbian  you're regarded as a freak.

All of a sudden gays are getting a tiny bit of recognition as he's pi$$ing his nappy and chucking his dummy out of the pram. It's beyond pathetic

You answer the question then :

Since the vast majority of families still consist of a man, and a woman and kid(s), and of those the great majority are same race, why do Google choose three family pictures which do not include any of those ?

Why (unless they have some hidden agenda) ?

My answer is the same.

You have the right to remain silent (though it does weaken your case).
