What about that young girl with the doll and the weird circle around her

Test card F designed for the then new colour transmissions, the Os and Xs to align the 3 red, green and blue rasters, the girls face for flesh tones, the 'circle' for good circle alignment, the rest for general picture alignment and resolution performance.

I’ve been thinking.

Stuff  was much better in the olden days. The 60s didn’t have all this wokery pokery. Cars were much slower, so the roads were safer. Men were men, and women were grateful (as opposed to men being women, not that there’s anything wrong with that, whatever floats your boat).

I’ve even heard tell of trains with head sized windows.

So, I’d like to buy a black and white telly and switch off the modern world. Where can I get one. And does anyone still install aerials for them?

Hmmmm. Starting a whole thread just to poke fun at another forum member.

There's a word for that you know.

Do you know where I can get a black and white telly from?

Snipped

I could sell you my Ferguson Monochrome crt tv if you like. It was my Grandads,  I've had it 35 years now, it may still work.
