Cd Ripping To Tablets

Unlikely, the majority of tablets don't have CD drives for a start.

If you have an external USB CD-drive, and the correct (USB-OTG) cable for your tablet... it's just a matter of researching apps that will play and rip the CD from the drive..

connect the USB CD Drive to your tablet with the cable, open the app and away you go

I have seen this done on you tube         just wanted to know if any one had actually bought an external dvd\cd player. 

Some require 5v separate supply

Mine only came with the USB cable.

 

I'd do a bit of reading on your tablet and which CD/DVD player would be the best option. And to repeat what Ghozer said, you'll need the right OTG cable. 

 

I'd rip them to MP3@320kbps if you can. It makes the file size slightly bigger, but they sound better (IMO)

It will help if you mention which tablet you have, and version of the OS it has.
