All has been paid. The only thing is some of the payments have been up to 10 days late .

Currently waiting on the phone, been 30 minutes now.

Seems odd to go straight to court summons for one payment being ten days late.

 

Did you bring the account up to date before the date on the summons, or afterwards?

Some of the payments.Date on letter received today 30 August . Payment paid on 8 August

And does the summons for the amount on the letter dated 30th August 100% correspond to the amount you paid on the 8th August?

The summons is for full payment of what’s left this year plus costs

Is it taking into account all payments up to and including the 8th August? Or does the balance not reflect that 8th August payment?

Not sure but September has already been paid as well .Still waiting on the phone but patience is wafer thin now

Hour and half on phone , whilst watching Peppa Pig and fighting a 3 year old , then gave up without speaking to anyone . 
Another reason for me hate the bunch of amateurs that run this council.
