Padders
The mind Boggles, or is it just me...... Tickets for this musical extravaganza went on sale today at 12-o-clock. 36 minute's later they had sold out!!! Sold out! Semi-final tickets priced at £90-£290. Final tickets priced at £160-£380. Who the L buys them, it must be the worst song contest in mankind.. I honestly wouldn't watch it if they paid me, and all this in the middle of a cost of living crisis ? Of course I might reconsider my position if "The Baubles" were representing the UK. Come on be honest, is there anyone on here who would pay that sort of money to watch what amounts to be a load of Garbage....... HeHasRisen
A load of "garbage" over 160 million people will watch on television. See, I think Eastenders is garbage, but millions watch it, no accounting for taste.

I'm addicted to Coronation St. but wouldn't pay that sort of money to watch it live.

Just as a point of interest(maybe to a few on here, anyway) but... ... The Baubles currently have a BIG following in Malaysia! Yep, it's a bit of a puzzle to me too, but their "We Wish You A Merry Christmas" video is currently receiving lots of interest... in March!!! The people of Malaysia obviously have impeccable musical taste... ... but I'd be interested to hear anyone's ideas as to WHY this might be happening 3 months late!
PRESLEY
Eurovision, Emmerdale, Coronation Street, Eastenders, I would rather pay to watch paint dry.

If you wanted to go and were looking for tickets nearer the event date… …I think you’ll find those ticket prices in your post, will have had an extremely healthy dose of inflation applied to them.

Axe
It is not my cup of tea but the contest is a big boost for the Liverpool economy.
