The ones that moan about large vehicles being kept off the roads during times of dangerous conditions are the same people that have never sat behind the wheel of a vehicle. I've driven (and got licences for) vehicles of all sizes and even driven large ones in snow. It now seem as though Newcastle is has been promoted , There are a number of things going on behind the scenes to upgrade all Freeview transmitters to HD, as a result of this some newsrooms are offline for a few days so some regions are sharing resources. I believe from Wednesday onwards this is all sorted. Of course, I am assuming you were watching on Freeview, it was sorted on Sky/cable a few weeks back.
