Barnsley now need to win three more games than us, to overtake us. Or, win two and draw one, whilst we lose three. That’s three out of nine. Not impossible, but not particularly likely.

 

So, I’d very much like them to beat Ipswich.

I think equalling or bettering United's points total when they won that league is slipping away but that's secondary to promotion which I think is what will happen.

The last three games have probably put paid to winning the league too. But we should have enough to go up.
