People decrying it as a "massive failure" (i have seen a few Tweets of this nature) clearly dont understand what a "test" is. Maybe they will do another one as a result. I'm not commenting as regards its success/failure, and quite understand what a 'test' is - makes perfect sense on a major undertaking such as this.
