Anna B
All Starmer had to do was work with Corbyn like he promised thus keeping everyone happy. Instead he's probably split the vote. Problem is, even if he gets in, nothing will change. He's just a closet Tory.

To win an election in 2023 you need to be a Tory Or at least center/right Do you want power or not @AnnaB?

I’m sure that he thought that he could call Starmer’s bluff with his Facebook rant. All he’s really done is to give the moderates in the party an opportunity to ditch him and to marginalise the rest of momentum. Starmer must be astounded at Corbyn’s naivety. Yes. He seems like a man of principles but not a party leader. Corbyn was never going to become PM. Starmer isn't brilliant but he's got a much better chance of becoming PM than Corbyn.

Alanis Morrisette would have loved that.

You do realise Trump actually WANTS this to go to court don't you? You also do realise this is purely political don't you? 1 minute ago, sibon said: Alanis Morrisette would have loved that. Never heard of him. Is he local? 1

Do you know what the consequences of that will be globally? Surely Obama should be in court for airstrikes? Or Blair for lying about WMDs?

Blair and Obama are not. Happy days. The Orange Fella might want to consider a season ticket. It could save him a few bucks. He might need them eventually.
