most are decent,they used to go from farm to farm inbetween park on grass verges,they used to leave logs under the hedges for  the next year,but farms for the most use big vehicles ,so they now do scrap of gardens or beds ect,

Drove past them today, massive pile of litter dumped on the ground by their caravans, which will no doubt will be getting bigger and bigger each day. But of course they are simply just misunderstood people.

 Travellers are just borrowing a little bit for a short time then moving on .

Now't wrong with that when compared to the thieves who stole the Common from the Goose .

An alternative lifestyle is great (and probably something we could all aspire to) but should not in any circumstances be subsidised by taxpayers. People will continue to "be unwelcoming" to traveller encampments whose residents leave litter (and poo - unless the council generously provide them with free porta-potties.

 

Everone else has to pay water/sewerage bills.  Why should we waste money on non-contributing persons?

If the council did supply them with any toilets or skips they would either fill them up and still throw their rubbish all over the place. Or, more likely sell them.

are you mad?? they are the worst of the worst put absolutely zero in and expect everyone else to clear their mess up and thats after they try to scam you or steal from you.

The police were visiting them this afternoon, saw a single police car in there with officers talking to them.

The mess that have made in such a short time is disgusting. No doubt their caravan toilets will have been emptied in the bushes, that's if they even use their toilets.
