The RNLI has become a taxi service

The smugglers give the migrants a radio and tell them to call the RNLI when they cant see the shoreline anymore and someone will come pick you up

After Farage complained about the RNLI being a taxi service last year, or whenever it was, I seem to recall that donations to that charity increased.

Home Office has admitted that it has no evidence to show the majority of people arriving by "small boats" are "economic migrants".

https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2023/apr/08/home-office-admits-no-evidence-to-support-key-claim-on-small-boat-crossings

"The Home Office’s own data confirms that most of the people who reached the UK by small boat in 2022 – at least six in 10 – would be recognised as refugees. "

They have no evidence of anything , names , ages , country of origin. All  “lost” at sea .

If you claim asylum through the proper channels then youre an asylum seeker

You pay thousands of pounds to the mafia to come here illegally then your a criminal until proven otherwise

There must be a definitive answer instead of the constant contradictions.

There is a definitive answer.

Anyone entering the UK via small boat is not breaking the law regardless of the intention.

I do not think you are right but politicians give different answers.

Maybe the Attorney General needs to make a statement instead of different people interpreting and quoting clauses differently.
