Ruin the folks mood,  you couldn't ruin the folks mood in 1997 when the vast majority of FOLKS  hated the Queen, Phillip andCharles when Diana died.  The young people of today are not to blame for their interest in this lot but as the people who were around in 97 they  have got short memories and should be ashamed,  any 29,000 coppers are there,  the Criminal fraternity will have a field day today.
