How do you know, where you there?

If you can prove you are right, why is the newspaper not in court then?

Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. A dead man murdered by the IRA cannot take a newspaper to court.

You are a disgusting individual.  Lord Mountbatten died an innocent World War II hero who was murdered by IRA terrorists that you fail to condemn which is why you have been judged to be a terrorist sympathiser.

You are a sympathiser with a pedophile exposed by the FBI who was also a friend of Jimmy Savile, someone else who was never convicted of any crime . That being the case no doubt you also sympathise with Savile?

https://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/biggestsecret/esp_icke108.htm#:~:text=Disc jockey Jimmy Savile was a very close,1960s until he died aged 84 in 2011.

I judge you to be a complete gullible buffoon, unable to use the sense you were born with, as minimal as that was.

His wealthy and extremely influencial family can though.

No they cannot. It is a well know fact in English law that the dead or family of the dead cannot sue for defamation.

Ah! I thought a relative could bring a defamation case if their own reputation was somehow linked and damaged by association.

Only an individual who has been defamed can sue which obviously cannot happen after the individual has died.  You have moved the goalposts regarding the relatives reputation comment.

Hes not a proven Paedophile

Savile wasn't a proven sexual pervert either, are you saying that that makes him innocent?  FBI files claim that Mountbatten was a pervert and young boys were his weakness, why would they make that up? Other people, including members of the establishment are on record as saying the same thing, why would they make it up?

https://www.news.com.au/entertainment/celebrity-life/royals/fbi-files-claim-lord-louis-mountbatten-had-a-perversion-for-young-boys/news-story/3647da9b3e938ae4aa5d0f3608639479

If you wish to claim that Mountbatten, uncle to Prince Phillip and a cousin of the queen  (  the queen and Philip were cousins ) was innocent then presumably you also believe that Savile was innocent also?

Do you think Savile was innocent?
