Looks like it's been trialled for everyone.

Not sure I agree with the principle of UBI to be honest.

For a start of some people don't earn £1,600 for their monthly wages.

I just looked online and it says that £800 is the average Universal Credit payment for a single person for rent and living expenses

 

So this proposal will double that

 

What is the incentive to work?

 

But i guess it will kick start the economy

 

Especially for iPhones, huge TVs, tattoos and drugs/alcohol 

 

I'll buy shares in Wetherspoons & Spice....could double my money overnight
