What that means to You. 

I'll tell you what hate crime means to me, an average Joe.

It means a physical attack, an assault that causes damage whether it be permanent or temporary. 

It also means a direct threat of assault or physical harm etc. You know, something serious. 

 

Here's what it dosent mean.

Disagreeing with the trans activists. 

Mean tweets.

Stating actual biology in that a man CANNOT give birth and a woman CANNOT impregnate another woman.

Wanting to ban men from women's sports.

Wanting to ban men from women only spaces.

Sadly these views are now considered 'transphobic' and a hate crime by some.

So really already covered by other legislation then, such as the Offences Against the Persons Act(s), or Criminal Damage legislation.
