Looking through that, every incumbent who stood for election has got back in, and those where the incumbent didnt stand the party who won in 2019 still won, except:

 

- In Hillsborough: Greens GAIN from Labour

Conservative 1

Labour take one from greens

Greens take one from Labour 

rest stay the same

so no change

is that right?

so in the content of national swing to them that’s a really poor result for Labour in sheffield

Not sure where Labour took one from the Greens. The other way round has certainly happened, though.

The Council should have to have a 'Second House' of ordinary Sheffield citizens (volunteers taken from the electoral register) who have to approve of measures about to be taken by the Council.

The Council would have to justify anything considered contentious by them.
