Any thoughts on Labour being put in special measures in Sheffield?

Small earthquake - nobody killed. On a scale of 1 of 10 - where 10 is SCC being put into special measures by HMG - 2 at most.

It doesn’t matter does it really, special measures or no measures at all ..

there not getting booted from the town hall regardless, Sheffield will keep the same old same old , scared to death of change

You see the state of the city centre, the farce of them containers , the fact you’ve a council leader who’s FORCED to resign which tells you everything you need to know about the integrity of the Sheffield council

And still, we vote them in , time after time and don’t come at me with no hung council carry on , we all know full well it’ll be labour controlled

Sheffield gets what Sheffield deserves

The Council should have to have a 'Second House' of ordinary Sheffield citizens (volunteers taken from the electoral register) who have to approve of measures about to be taken by the Council.

The Council would have to justify anything considered contentious by them.

Just an idea...

Why don't you put yourself up for election instead?

That way we all get to choose who represents us

Instead of a public assembly loaded with left wing activists who cannot get elected

Like the house of lords
