It's fine to dislike immigration. It's fine to believe races have differences. It's also fine to believe races should live separately. He is on trial for possessing and disseminating terrorist material though which isn't fine. Not liking someone for whatever reason isn't illegal. Planning to hurt them thankfully is. I remember watching an interview with the late great Muhammad Ali. He advocated for same race relationships and he gave some pretty good reasons why. Personally I'm glad not everyone agreed with him as if they did I might not have been born but he speaks with passion and conviction.
