Highcliffe Rd / Hangingwater Rd (The Sheffield Western Bypass)

Recommended Posts

Despite its narrow, winding and hilly shape this is an important road for getting around the west of the city.

It's currently in a shocking state on Highcliffe Rd. Big holes and uneven surface. Can we do better?

There was a sign on the lamposts stating that they were starting work on Whiteley Wood Road and Common Lane (about time) on the 23rd  Don't know if it has actually started yet, so hopefully it will extend down on to Hangingwarer

There's electricity work going on at the moment at the top of Whiteley Wood Road

They said we were going to have pristine roads for more than 20 years. because that's how long the contract runs for.

City Road and White Lane, Gleadless,  bumpy already.
