But who decided my daft questions were daft ?

When I left school and started work I was given some advice from a workmate..

He told me to "Always act daft"

Best advice I've ever been given, and still holds true to this very day......

I support you there Padders   I would prefer someone who acts daft rather than someone who is trying to be a clever tw--.

...that she was funny?

Even the advert for a new series is her just screaming in a stupid voice.

I agree with you .There are no funny female comedians at the moment. The best one is dead. Joan Rivers.

And Victoria Wood  , probably the best female comedienne this country’s ever had

Sadly she is also responsible for one of the worst ever programmes I have ever sat through.

If you dare, try and find her Xmas Special from 2009. A programme so bad that someone at the BBC moved it from Xmas Day to late on Xmas Eve without telling her 😂

To be fair it was an hour of unmitigated unfunny crap.  As a one off I was prepared to give it a chance.
