I think you'll find that black gang members are very racist towards white people

I think you'll find these types of killings as hate crimes- I agree with you though.

 

If a black guy walked into a store frequently visited by white ppl, and opened fire- it should be classed as a hate crime.

 

Sadly, we will always have ppl killing ppl for whatever reason.
