"Pitchfork was recalled to prison shortly after his release [in 2021], after he was understood to have approached young women on multiple occasions while out on walks from the bail hostel where he was living." The new licence conditions on Pitchfork include surrendering his passport, to disclose developing relationships and an "exclusion zone to avoid contact with victims, women and children".
