I notice you never even do it alone, but always along with a partner. Another point is, if people are in any way paranoid, that's not your business either. I am aware that in many cases, individuals or groups within 'the authorities' push or pass the boundaries of their remit, for various reasons,. I certainly don't think they stick to the letter of the law, or their remit, as has been clearly shown in another topic on this board, so your assumption is, as is often the case, incorrect.
