carosio
Yes its to Uk address. What many do now is to have a UK base or rep who deals with the item, then ship over to USA, far east etc. 8 minutes ago, HeHasRisen said: Personally I wouldnt sell to anyone outside the UK, but thats only my personal preference. Is he covering the postage? Yes, carriage is extra. I don't usually deal outside UK. Wish I had entered a feedback threshold, but I forgot! salmonbones
Ebay use their own system for payments now, direct to your bank account, it's just slower than previously. If you go ahead and accept this Paypal, pound to a penny a chargeback will be done once you've shipped. Edited July 4, 2023 by salmonbones
carosio
Apparently the buyer has a Russian name, and is using a forwarding company Alfaparcel which is established, has good reviews and deals with Ukraine and Russia. He says his partner at the firm is buying through Paypal on his behalf as the Paypal option is not available where he lives, although his user name is in USA. I don't list outside UK. A **** and bull story? I have sold items to Russia and Central Asian countries but years ago. The thing is, I can't see how the contract can be completed when the buyer is using a 3rd party to finance the purchase, even if intentions are good.
