I even have a Users Manual but it might as well be written in Chinese... if it's happening to lots of people, it could be the weather, or a transmitter glitch, or power cut somewhere - emley moor was out of action for overnight maintenance a couple of weeks ago. humax is a personal video recorder, between the aerial and the tv - the op mentioned they are using one, so that needs to be ruled out you can find the mux groupings by doing a manual scan on your tv, there are websites that list them, but they are often out of date/poorly laid out.
