The Stats 19 form that the police fill out at every reported collision is comprehensive and would cover the presence of a cycle lane, being close to a junction and any other factors involved. Councils can access this information and would look for common factors where there are multiple collisions.

Thanks for the link to the form Planner1, it is a comprehensive form and dont envy anyone having to fill one in.

On the contributory factors, the Vison affected by columns first entry, 701 Stationary or parked vehicle(s) is good to see.

The cyclist injured above will probably be subject to a 904
