If you were to ask people to make a list of what they thought were the 10 most serious crimes, I reckon child abuse and child pornography would be pretty much top of the list every time.  Don’t you think the sentencing should reflect that?

Maybe. I still think someone who actually raped/touched/molested a child should be much further up the rung than someone who looked at a few photos of one though. Wouldn't you agree?

The person who’s paid for the photos has paid for the act of abuse to be committed. They’ve encouraged it. If I paid a Turkish hitman to take you out, should I get off lightly because I didn’t do the job myself?

I find all aspects of child pornography and child sexual abuse repellent. I think that people who make kiddy porn, or sell it or pay for it, should get sent down for life.
