It’s an unreasonable position to expect people who work with taxpayers money to get it right 100% of the time. No one does, no matter how much time and effort you put into minimising the risks. Guest
I was up Sheffield last Friday evening, I was pleasantly surprised by the number of people around, every bar was busy, I didn't see any antisocial behavior. I sat outside the Showroom, I had a very enjoyable evening.

I’m not one of those that moan constantly about the council and blame them for just about everything but some really big blunders were made with the containers which really ought to have been foreseen. I think most of understand that all organisations will make mistakes occasionally. But with the council it feels like these mistakes are too big, too expensive and happen too often. The street tree felling in Sheffield is another example.

I went to the Lyceum with friends by car for example and saw no anti social behaviour. Or for lunch in Leopold square. But if you walk down High St on a weekday during the day, maybe going past the Bankers Draft, Poundland or Aldi there is a very strong chance you will see antisocial behaviour. I got off the tram at cathedral, walked up Fargate, went in Orchard and Leopold squares and then onto Howard Street and down to show room, on my way back through pond Street up to Arundel gate up Chapel walk back to Cathedral, that's a fare chunk of Sheffield, although I will grant you most of the better end.
