Illegal Number Plates To Receive Penalty Points

It was missed for 'area allocation' - bit like 'Tx' was but I suspect, like 'Tx' - now used in Scotland, it could be allocated if needed if - say - an area ran out of reg. numbers.

Still have no idea what a "tranny" is as above though. Maybe I am too young.

Currently a fixed penalty notice. This will upgrade it. 

 

The number I see on the road though the police clearly are too busy doing other things to enforce it anyway.
