close the ticket offices, then later on get rid of the staff on the platforms...job done

It's just progress

 

Don't blame the government blame the greedy Unions

 

Technology means they are losing their iron grip on our lives and I'm all for it 

 

The sooner they bring in driverless trains the better 

 

I haven't used a ticket office for well over 5 years

 

I user the Trainline app
