Who do you pay for your phone line - is it part of a 'broadband and phone package' with your ISP? Openreach do not deal directly with the public - you have to go through whoever you pay. HeHasRisen Posted July 21, 2023 Share Posted July 21, 2023 (edited) Use a mobile phone to ring your service provider (not Openreach), if you dont have one find someone who does, and maybe consider having one for emergencies in future.
